The Professional Home Shopper - video
When I was younger and still in school, sometimes I would hear the term, "professional student" thrown about. While this isn't always meant to sound uncomplimentary, the term mainly refers to someone who keeps accumulating degrees with no apparent end in sight. In other words, final graduation day never arrives and real life never starts.
Just the other day, I wrote a brief post about how enjoyable it can be to spend time looking at homes with buyers whose company you really enjoy. I'd been trying to focus on the listing side of the business, lately, and had completely neglected the buying end of things. In the interest of balance, I thought I might like to rectify that.
While touring new homes can be tons of fun, and the energy and enthusiasm of home-buyers can be contagious, eventually, like with everything else in life, you hope to reach a happy ending.
Glenn Freezman of Horsham, PA made this humorous video to help us differentiate between home shoppers and home buyers.
