I've got 99 problems but the listing agent ain't one
Fact of life: Sometimes you cringe when you see the name of a listing agent by a property you think your clients will like.
Because you know, a transaction with this agent will reveal a personality completely antithetical to his/her advertised persona.
Drama? Who needs it? Raised voices, angry words, unprofessional language, dead silence. Can we just get the job done, please?
I used to wonder what it meant when I always received a thank you note from the opposing side. Did I represent my client to the very best of my ability if everyone is still on speaking terms when it's all "said and done?"
I don't wonder anymore.

Thank you Jill.
You are a true professional who keeps their head when things get tough. I admire that in a Realtor. It was be a pleasure to work with you now and hopefully in the future.
I called the new buyers to wish them well AND to tell them what a great agent you are. As always, if you or anyone needs any information in the Merrick to Massapequa area, please call. We do a lot of work in these markets.
Once again, thank you for all your hard work and patience. I can tell you working with Equator is probably the most difficult task I have ever done in my 20 years of real estate. I don’t recommend it to anyone and for those that consistently work short sales…..God bless them!
